Together we will make an amaranth and cornmeal flat bread and then turn it into a crispy skillet pizza. Hilary will share nutrition information as well as practical tips for including more of the nutritious "ancient
grains" into your daily diet. Recipes included. And, of course, we'll eat the pizza!
