Kid's Corner at the Gluten Free Living Now Expo 2012 Sponsored by Schar  Most people know about our upcoming expo Oct. 13th and 14th right here in Indy. Schar has graciously sponsored a Kid’s Corner. Where kid’s can color t-shirts, play with Schar’s version of gluten free play-doh and taste a variety of gluten free snacks. While parents are walking through the expo,  Schar reps will be chaperoning the kid’s corner. Their Chocolate Lava Cake is by far the best gourmet gluten free masterpiece I have tried since I have been on the gluten free diet!! Moist and delicious the lava cake is better than what I remember regular lava cakes tasted like. The texture is perfect, with a rich, creamy and smooth center that literally melts away in your mouth.
